Working with Jane
Are there changes you would like to make in your life? Perhaps you would like to nurture a relationship, heal a trauma, recover from an addiction, or parent your children in a life-giving way. Perhaps you would like to ease your depression or reduce your anxiety. Maybe you have picked up a bad habit or two that seem to interfere with life rather than enhance it.
I believe that we can change. I have seen it and experienced it myself. And, I believe change is very difficult. Why is it that we don’t do what we want to do and do the things we do not want to do?! Change requires a new intention, new skills, and a willingness to practice new behaviors.
We can choose to do life differently. I would be privileged to walk alongside you on this sacred journey of change - helping you to find healing, wholeness, and joy.
